Pradeep Mugunthan, PhD, PE

Pradeep Mugunthan has 17 years of experience in hydrodynamic, sediment transport, and water quality modeling and evaluations. As a founding member of Four Peaks Environmental Science and Data Solutions, Pradeep is committed to bringing the state-of-the-science in surface and groundwater modeling and environmental data gathering and analysis to develop strategic and efficient solutions tailored to meet the needs of our clients. Pradeep supports clients on water resources and water quality management, especially as it relates to compliance with the Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act, and Federal Power Act. He has also supported large contaminated sediments and upland sites remediation under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (Superfund).

Pradeep earned his PhD and Master of Science degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Cornell University and Carnegie Mellon University, respectively, and a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from Anna University. Pradeep lives with his wife and daughter in Chicago, and enjoys hiking, running, and traveling.
