Lindsey Leyzac is a field biologist with over 9 years of experience conducting fisheries and aquatic research within a broad range of environments in Washington, Oregon, and California. She has an extensive background leading crews carrying out fieldwork to assess and monitor fish populations using methods such as eDNA, electrofishing, PIT tagging, rotary screw trapping, seining, acoustic and radio telemetry tracking, and snorkel surveys. Lindsey is dedicated to collecting high-quality data safely and efficiently.

Lindsey received her dual Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in Marine Science and Environmental Studies from The Evergreen State College. She is a Pacific Northwest native currently living in the Columbia Gorge and enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, skiing, kiteboarding, and hanging out with her dog Pancake.
