Isaiah Martin

Isaiah Martin is a Fish Count Manager with 10 years of experience. Isaiah’s background includes fish passage implementation and enumeration analyses at multiple hydroelectric projects throughout the Pacific Northwest. He has worked closely with salmon at eight hatcheries and four hydroelectric facilities and has led several harvest and brood-stock management projects emphasizing run time and size projection/tracking. He is an experienced supervisor and has managed multiple tribal fisheries. Isaiah is passionate about salmon reintroduction and contributed much of his fish program’s resources towards those efforts whenever possible.

Isaiah received his Bachelor of Science in Fisheries Biology from Oregon State University. He spends most of his free time working his farm with his wife and four children. He loves animals, growing things, and involving his family in sustainability.
