Georgia Martin is an environmental scientist with over 5 years of fisheries and aquatic research experience in the Northwest. Georgia has an extensive background in assessing and monitoring fish populations and movement ecology. She is skilled in field methods such as electrofishing, stream surveys, acoustic tagging, snorkel surveys, rotary screw trapping, and seining. Georgia is dedicated to helping improve the quality of stream health by collecting high-quality data.
Georgia Martin received her Bachelors of Science degree with and emphasis on wildlife conservation from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute. She is an East Coast native currently living in the Columbia Gorge. On her off time in the Gorge, Georgia enjoys outdoor sports like whitewater kayaking, biking, and skiing with her friends.
