Faye Hicks, MIM

Faye Hicks is an operations specialist with 5 years of experience in project management and operations support. Faye specializes in leading complex, fast-paced projects while applying her keen eye for identifying opportunities for process improvement. Her background includes working for a large multinational firm where she shepherded projects from concept to implementation on time and on budget. At Four Peaks, Faye is responsible for managing one of our large environmental assessment projects as well as supporting overall company operations, administration, and process improvement.

Faye received her master’s degree in International Business from Portland State University and her B.A. in Spanish Language and Literature from Western Washington University. She, along with her husband and dog, recently moved from Portland to Wenatchee to join our ever-growing Wenatchee headquarters team. Outside of work, Faye spends her time outdoors with her husband and friends climbing, biking, hiking, or skiing.
