Heriverto “Eddy” Colado is a Navy Veteran with 20+ years of active-duty experience in small craft operations, machinery maintenance and repairs, as well as risk and safety programs management. His career with fisheries started with Mt. Adams Institute and the Columbia River Fish and Wildlife Conservation Office of Vancouver, Washington, where he conducted small craft deep-water electroshocking operations for Pacific Lamprey data collection. He provided technical support and data collection assistance for the U.S. Geological Survey and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service in the study of river dredging and climate change effects on juvenal Pacific Lamprey.  Eddy continues to volunteer at the Columbia River Fish and Wildlife Conservation Office whenever time allows.

In his leisure, Eddy most enjoys visiting his deep Montana Big Sky roots as often as possible. He loves the outdoors and enjoys hiking, going on drives to take in the beautiful surroundings, exploring new foods and eateries with his wife and working on vehicles.
