Ben Munster is an Engineer-In-Training (EIT) with 1 year of experience supporting surface water model development and execution to support policy decision making. He specializes in pre- and post-processing development, including aggregating publicly available data from federal and state environmental agencies. He also has provided insights into model sensitivity including performing manual calibration analysis. Ben’s background also includes representing geospatial data both in model set up and in the production of maps used for decision making support.

Ben earned a Master’s of Science from the IUPWARE program; a collaboration between the Vrije Universiteit Brussels and Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in Belgium. He also has a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from Virginia Tech. Ben’s other interested include playing the fiddle and coaching swimming.
